Homemade Sex Toy Tickle Feather

So my dear lover and I were talking today about toys- of course And we started talking about bondage and then about tickle feathers. So I came up with a design for a DIY sex tickle toy.

What you need:

one 1/8th inch dowel rod about 1 1/2 feet long
1 roll of black electrical tape- or any fun colored tape you like- you can find a rainbow of tape colors in the paint section of any store
1-8 good feathers- found at Joann's or other craft stores or fishing lure stores- find one that you think would work well

How to make it:

Take one feather and place it at the top of the dowel rod and then take the tape and start wrapping it around the dowel rod at a slight angle downward. Then take the next feather and place it in and do this so all the feathers are close to the top of the dowel rod. Then warp a few extra times to ensure the feathers are in place then continue to warp the tape all the way down the rod to the end.
